Seems nice, although i seem to encounter the same bug as the commenter below me, respectfully, the one talking about negative ammo. Also, i don't know if this is a bug or feature, but whenever i switch weapons my ammo resets.

ah yes, ammo reset is a bug id fix if i had the project file (i do, but, itsunder a mountain)
negative ammo should never happen ( if ammo < 0 then set ammo to 0 ) but it does, so, if i can think of a fix i will do it

Nice game! I did enjoy the movement and overall gameplay loop.

Unfortunately, there seem to be quite a few bugs still in the game. I could go into negative ammo (I was clicking quite rapidly, so maybe that's the issue?), the game over message didn't disappear for me on restarting and twice I got stuck in a wall.

Example of the two most visible bugs. (Also, the game began lagging a bit here, probably because enemies spawn in infinitely? That could mean it can cause issues if they get stuck on a wall like this. Limiting the amount of enemies that spawn at the same time should probably help!)

But those things are something that can easily happen with a time limit like this. The overall game is enjoyable, excited to see where this goes if things like the shop are coming!

Hmmm... neither of these should be happening, I put a few failsafes and stops for the enemies spawning after death...
I'll look into it! Thanks!

Don't worry, bughunting with a time limit of a week is a real challenge - and it's one of the few areas where having more contributors can actually make things more complicated in a project. Some things that may help to pin it down:

- As I said, I was clicking very rapidly while shooting, so my first instinct was "maybe I managed to create a timing issue with a check that should have prevented me from shooting?"

- I was playing in Firefox 125.0.1, maybe part of the engine doesn't work well with it? Don't know which browsers it was tested on

- For the situation of the screenshot, I deliberately waited a bit not killing (many) enemies, so maybe part of the check fails because it assumes the player is playing "normally",  moving and shooting enemies?

Good luck on bug hunting! And, seriously, good work either way!

Ah, a fellow Firefox user! Thanks, will look once more.
